SO anyone of you who whats to follow our progress on and through this.
These days we are all occupied with work to the hospital. Christine is working in medicine and pediatric departments. I(JC) am working almost everyday as usual in surgery.
Gabon follows almost exactly France's politics. July through august are the vacation's months. In public institutions, employees have the habit to have vacation at that frame of time with consequences of (in our case) having almost every emergencies and difficult cases transferred to our hospital. July-September are then the busiest months for us.
Sunday, august 30th will be the election of the new president of Gabon after late President Bongo's death. the election in Africa almost always end with contest and sometimes violence. we are praying that God protects this country, to stop the evil ideas of the post election violence. Please keep praying for us.
